As a Finance Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of financial processes, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing financial workflows. More than just managing numbers, you'll be a key contributor to strategic financial initiatives, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You'll collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to drive accuracy in financial reporting, support budgeting processes, and improve financial operations.

Accountability

Your success as a Finance Operations Specialist will be measured by your ability to maintain financial accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and support key financial processes. Here's how you'll make an impact :

Financial Process Optimization & Execution

• Ensure smooth execution of financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in implementing and improving financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Support financial audits by preparing required documentation and reports.

Budgeting, Reporting & Data Analysis

Cross-Functional Coordination & Compliance

Your primary stakeholders will be our client's finance and operations teams, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency across departments. You'll also work closely with leadership, auditors, and external vendors to support financial operations.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
