Job Description
A global materials manufacturer is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at its Louisiana facility. This role requires a hands-on, people-focused leader who can drive performance, safety, and cultural transformation within a complex, multi-shift operation.
The Plant Manager will oversee daily production while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance, and will play a key role in modernizing systems, improving KPIs, and fostering collaboration across all departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a diverse team across production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Build and sustain a strong safety culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, optimize costs, and enhance plant efficiency.
