Restaurant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications (Must Haves)
Proven leadership experience in restaurant management, with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff and management teamsStrong business acumen , including budgeting, financial reporting, and meeting or exceeding sales and performance goalsHands-on experience with daily restaurant operations , including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assuranceCommitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionallyAbility to develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive revenue growthExcellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skillsProficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededRestaurant General Manager – Key Responsibilities
