What You'll Do

As our Assistant Landscape Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier landscaping installations. You'll assist in managing high-profile projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

  • Supervising and coordinating landscape installation teams on-site
  • Ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet company standards
  • Collaborating with the Landscape Manager to execute project plans and meet client expectations
  • Managing site logistics, scheduling, and crew assignments
  • Monitoring safety practices and compliance
  • Training and mentoring crew members to develop their skills
  • Troubleshooting project issues and providing effective solutions

  • What We're Looking For

  • Experience : 2+ years in landscape installation or a related role. Prior management experience is a plus!
  • Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge : Expertise in landscape installation techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Mindset : A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Certifications : Pesticide license or willingness to obtain. CPR / First Aid certification is a plus!
