Certified Revenue Optimization Auditor

A company is looking for an Auditor, Revenue Optimization (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Audit medical records to identify missed charges and coding inconsistencies

Perform Root Cause Analyses and prepare reports on audit findings

Provide coding support and conduct ad-hoc audits as needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years coding experience

Must have an approved coding credential through AAPC or AHIMA

Must obtain at least one additional certification within 1 year of employment

Extensive knowledge of medical billing software and CMS requirements

Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables
