As our Project Manager , you’ll be the driving force ensuring customer orders flow seamlessly from design to delivery. You’ll connect with customers, sales, and production to make sure projects move smoothly, deadlines are met, and expectations are exceeded.

How You Will Contribute :

Customer Engagement & Support

Communicate with customers via calls and emails, resolving questions, issues, and emergencies quickly and professionally.

Validate delivery dates and proactively manage any deviations.

Provide formal quotes or re-quotes as needed.

Project & Order Management

Coordinate procurement of tooling, ink matches, and vendor selections to ensure projects meet specifications.

Input new and repeat orders into Amtech and distribute information to the plant.

Launch all external purchase orders needed for project completion.

Organize and lead preproduction meetings for new display projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Production Support on kitting and packing needs, providing complete order details.

Track production progress and communicate updates to customers and sales teams.

Support sales representatives with customer requirements and project needs.

Accuracy & Continuous Improvement

Resolve billing discrepancies and report non-conformances (including issuing RGA’s for credits).

Maintain accurate pricing files, specifications, and project details in Amtech.

Contribute to continuous improvement by refining processes and strengthening vendor and customer relationships.

What It Takes :

2+ years of experience in the corrugated industry.

Degree or equivalent work experience.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with customers.

Integrity, trust, and customer-first mindset aligned with Hood Container’s Guiding Principles.

Preferred :

Familiarity with Amtech, Kiwi and SharePoint software.
