Key Responsibilities
Lead sales growth and profitability in the region by partnering with independent agencies
Cultivate and strengthen agent relationships through coaching, mentorship, and strategic planning
Identify market opportunities using data and analytics, and implement strategies to drive revenue across all lines of business
Required Qualifications
5+ years of insurance sales, agency management, or related experience
Strong background in Washington's independent agency channel
Proven ability to grow relationships and drive results
Bachelor's degree required; CIC or other industry certifications a plus
