\n\nCT Technologist Qualifications\n
\n - Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist (required)\n
- Proficiency with Phillips CT equipment (required)\n
- Previous travel healthcare experience (preferred)\n
- Current ARRT Certification (required)\n
- BLS Certification (required)\n
- Technologist-level certification in Computed Tomography\n
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend\n
\n\nCT Technologist Responsibilities\n
\n - Perform all computerized tomography (CT) scanning procedures in a hospital setting\n
- Operate and monitor advanced CT imaging equipment for diagnostic purposes\n
- Safely transfer and position patients, utilizing immobilization devices as needed\n
- Collect patient identification, allergies, and relevant medical history\n
- Prepare and administer intravenous contrast media as required\n
- Produce, develop, and store high-quality diagnostic images\n
- Organize daily patient schedules and collaborate with the hospital imaging team\n
- Conduct daily calibration and quality control of CT equipment\n
- Monitor patients for allergic reactions and assist in emergency situations, including CPR\n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment\n
- Train and instruct new technologists as needed\n
- Assist radiologists and physician specialists with specialized imaging procedures\n
- Review and document patient history and clinical data to support diagnosis\n
- Participate in departmental quality assessments and continuous improvement initiatives\n
