As a Manager at CrossCountry Consulting you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, leading projects, and developing junior team members.
What You'll Do :
Advise key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, chart of account redesign, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices.
Utilize a broad array of technical experience encompassing the full Coupa suite Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Asset Management.
Mentoring team members on career development, technical, and soft skills.
Contribute beyond client delivery , engaging in various activities such as recruiting, shadowing opportunities, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational improvement initiatives.
Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to drive operational efficiencies.
Lead and facilitate key change management workstream activities including change management discovery workshops with key stakeholders, identification of change impacts, development and execution of change management strategies.
Develop communications and training materials , includes delivery of instructor-led trainings.
Define success metrics and monitor user readiness .
Plan and lead advisory services offerings that augment Coupa project methodology including implementation readiness, testing management, health check, and target operating model.
Contribute to advisory practice methodologies, tools, and resource development efforts.
Prioritize client's interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates and recommendations.
Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice.
What You'll Bring :
5+ years of experience supporting Change Management for Coupa customers
5+ years of experience in consulting and / or relevant industry experience with functional / technical proficiency with implementation of at least one module within a financial system solution (i.e. Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba, etc.)
Background in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, and / or Supply Chain Management
Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more Coupa modules
Experience with business process re-engineering, analysis and project management, accounting / business workflow, end-to-end solution design, and technical specification documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint
Ability to work with data to meet export / import requirements, demonstrating proficiency in data formatting and manipulation
Ability to articulate and create design documentation for functional areas within sourcing, new vendors, procurement, AP, contracting and others
Experience mentoring junior team members and helping project teams resolve complex and multi-faceted issues
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
Coupa certification a plus
Willingness to travel domestically 50% -75%.
