About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service & Collections Account Specialists to join our Customer Care Operations team. In this role, you'll handle customer escalations, manage billing inquiries, and support collections efforts for commercial, industrial, and government accounts. This position is fully onsite and requires a strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Account Management

• Handle complex or escalated customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Respond to customers via phone and email, ensuring clear, respectful communication.
• Accurately document all interactions in the appropriate systems and follow up as required.
• Interface with vendor partners and internal management to resolve customer issues.
