Customer Service Manager

Our client in the retail / ecommerce space is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Bergen County, NJ. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and has great communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Fielding customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, fax, etc.
  • Providing product, pricing, and shipping information to clients.
  • Data entry and processing of customer orders.
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Ensuring customers are satisfied with products and services.
  • Resolving customer service issues, queries, or concerns.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different customers.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CS software’s.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Solution driven.
  • Ability to exercise judgement and prioritize workflows.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
