Position Overview :

The Barber provides professional grooming services including haircuts, fades, shaves, and beard trims in a clean, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is skilled in both classic and modern barbering techniques, demonstrates excellent customer service, and maintains compliance with Georgia State Board of Barbers regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform professional haircuts, shaves, fades, and beard services.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and tools.

Greet clients with professionalism and ensure a positive experience.

Build and retain clientele through quality work and consistency.

Manage walk-ins and appointments efficiently.

Promote shop services, retail products, and referral programs.

Follow all Georgia State Board of Barbers sanitation and safety standards.

Participate in team meetings, shop events, and community initiatives.

Qualifications :

Active Georgia Barber License in good standing.

Minimum 1 year of professional experience preferred (newly licensed barbers welcome).

Strong technical skills in both modern and traditional barbering styles.

Excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism.

Self-motivated, punctual, and team-oriented.

Compensation :

Booth Rent Structure — barbers rent their chair on a weekly or monthly basis.

Booth rent amount and payment schedule will be established in agreement with ownership.

Opportunities for advancement into senior or leadership roles based on performance, consistency, and professionalism.

Participation in shop promotions, community events, and branding collaborations may also increase exposure and earning potential.

Schedule :

Full-time or part-time; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Licensing Requirement :

Must hold and maintain an active Georgia Barber License in good standing.
