Construction Superintendent - Wastewater Treatment

If you are a Lead Project Superintendent who thrives in technically demanding, operational environments, this is a chance to take ownership of highly specialized infrastructure projects. You'll oversee field execution of wastewater treatment retrofit and upgrade projects, often in live facilities, where coordination, planning, and safety are critical. This is not ground-up new construction; it's complex work that requires a skilled builder who understands sequencing, temporary systems, and collaborative execution with facility personnel and engineers.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Field management experience with at least 3 years as a Lead Superintendent on water or wastewater treatment plant projects
• Expertise in leading retrofit and upgrade scopes in operating or partially shut-down environments
• Strong technical understanding of structural, mechanical, civil, and process systems related to treatment plant work
• Skilled at field-level coordination with mechanical, electrical, and specialty trades during active system cutovers and tie-ins
• Able to interpret plans, redline field adjustments, manage inspections, and work closely with engineering and project management
• Safety-driven and confident in enforcing jobsite protocols while maintaining productivity
• Comfortable managing site logistics, documentation, scheduling, and quality control at the field level
