💉 About the Role :

As an Emergency Department RN , you’ll deliver compassionate, expert care to patients in critical situations. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, stabilize, and treat patients with precision and empathy — ensuring safety, quality, and excellence every shift.

⚡ What You’ll Do :

  • Provide hands-on emergency care across a variety of patient conditions
  • Use evidence-based nursing practice to assess, diagnose, and treat
  • Partner closely with physicians and care teams to deliver rapid, coordinated responses
  • Educate and communicate clearly with patients and families during critical moments
  • Contribute to continuous performance and quality improvement initiatives

    • 🎓 Qualifications :

  • Active Georgia RN License (Single-State or Compact) – Required
  • BLS & ACLS – Required | PALS – Preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent direct patient care experience (Emergency or Critical Care preferred)
  • Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills essential
