Job Title : Senior QA Automation & Performance Test Engineer (UFT LoadRunner HP ALM PL / SQL)

Location : Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications :

• Strong hands-on experience in automation testing using HP UFT including creating enhancing and maintaining automation frameworks. Expertise in converting manual functional test cases into scalable automated test scripts incorporating best practices reusable components and data-driven methodologies.
• Experienced in partnering closely with business analysts program SMEs and development teams to analyze requirements define acceptance criteria and develop detailed test plans and test cases to validate business functionality and technical accuracy of web applications.
• Proficient in performance testing using tools such as LoadRunner including developing executing and analyzing performance test scripts to evaluate system behavior under load identify bottlenecks and support scalability improvements.
• Demonstrated success creating managing and executing functional regression and end-to-end test scripts including the development of generic reusable functions and testing utilities that improve efficiency and test coverage.
• Extensive hands-on experience performing manual testing based on written test scripts and using HP ALM for test documentation defect tracking reporting and end-to-end test lifecycle management.
• Comprehensive testing background across multiple testing methodologies including system testing regression testing integration testing automation testing performance / load testing smoke testing black box / white box testing and failover testing. Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to identify root causes resolve issues and support applications in production environments.
• Strong programming experience in PL / SQL SQL Java HTML TSL PHP and VBScript with the ability to create custom utilities automation functions and performance scripts to support diverse testing needs.
