Detail oriented and proactive assistant to support marketing efforts in a variety of administrative, creative and analytical tasks.
This position will assist with campaign execution, product catalogs, revising / editing and maintaining product listings and specifications.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Assoc. or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred. 1-3 years administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite.
- Comfortable with social media platforms and other online tools.
- Proofreading experience.
- Graphic arts background a plus.
- Strong knowledge of packaging and graphics preferred.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Effective verbal / written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Effective customer service skills for interaction with product management personnel, customers / clients and co-workers.
- Flexible and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn technical aspects of the product.
Major Responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day administrative support in marketing efforts.Review product assets including images and product specifications.Communicate Department of Energy compliance to product managers.Create sales and marketing presentations highlighting product features.Assist in creating and proofing product catalogs, new product lookbooks, brochures, tri-folds and miscellaneous marketing tools to support showroom, customers, ecommerce partners.Work with Brand Manager to organize product photos and information key to catalog and packaging production.Complete and update excel spreadsheets for new and ongoing projects and product lists.Monitor and follow up on projects.Manage select projects from start to finish.Physical Requirements :
