Buyer – Drive Supply Chain Success in a Growing Manufacturing Environment | 28-42hr / hr | Maple Grove, MN

Summary :

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Buyer to join our team in Maple Grove, MN . In this pivotal role, you’ll secure the critical parts and components that keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly, all while building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity —showcase strong performance and this could be your path to a long-term career.

What You’ll Do :

Place and manage purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials.

Resolve PO receiving issues, identify root causes, and communicate solutions.

Maintain accurate purchasing data and parameters in the ERP system.

Monitor production shortage reports, expedite materials, and follow up with suppliers.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet supply chain deadlines.

Track supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms.

Address quality issues with suppliers and partner with finance to resolve payment discrepancies.

Represent the company with professionalism in all vendor and stakeholder interactions.

What We’re Looking For :

Required :

1-3 years of relevant experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and follow-through.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details : 36.00 per hour
