On Target Earnings : $75,785.28 - $180,000

Base Salary : $35,000 - Non-negotiable, Car Allowance, Uncapped Commission

Location : Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote)

Candidates must live within 50 to 75 miles of Springdale, AR

We are looking for a passionate and community-focused Membership Sales Consultant to join our team and drive membership sales for AirMedCare Network. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to engage with local B2C and B2B opportunities, actively generating leads and fostering relationships. If you have a background in healthcare sales or insurance services, along with a strong affinity for community outreach, we want to hear from you!

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR) - the largest medical transportation company globally. We provide exceptional membership programs including emergent air transport and ground ambulance services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive Local Impact : Dedicate approximately 90% of your time in the field, connecting with local businesses (70% B2B) and consumers (30% B2C) to promote our membership offerings.
  • Develop Relationships : Cultivate new leads through cold calling, referrals, community events, and networking opportunities.
  • Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact to closing, ensuring a consultative approach tailored to each prospect's needs.
  • Champion with Purpose : Participate in local community events and form partnerships with organizations to enhance brand visibility and trust.

A Day in the Life :

  • Planning : Review daily goals, schedule appointments, and strategize outreach efforts.
  • Field Activities : Engage with local businesses, attend community events, and meet potential members to discuss the benefits of AMCN membership.
  • Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and business owners for long-term partnerships.
  • Qualifications :

  • Education : High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
  • Sales Expertise : 3 years of previous B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with emergency medical transport is preferred.
