Program Manager

In Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions, we design and manufacture state-of-the-art systems and technology that enable our customers to execute their precision strike missions. We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to lead projects in support of a franchise program delivering world class precision strike products to the warfighter. You will be your teams resource advocate and lead them to successful customer and business outcomes. You, as the Program Manager, will be the main interface for product area communication and a trusted partner for our customer. Reporting into the Aviation Weapons Product Area Director in Hudson, NH, you will have the opportunity to exercise your leadership skills to achieve our vision and, in turn, we will help you advance your career.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills :

• Demonstrated program / project management skills or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability for building strong customer / stakeholder relationships
• Strong presentation, data analysis and organizational skills
• Highly adaptable with strong initiative
• Bachelors Degree and a minimum 5 year of Defense Industry experience
• Program management experience or managing multiple contract awards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $130355 - $221603 Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
