Senior Software Engineer

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Software Engineer to join our team at our Belcamp, MD location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Design, engineer, analyze, and develop complex software systems, contributing directly to the advancement of technological solutions.

Design, analyze, and develop software delivery processes, including DevOps pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software deployment.

Model and analyze software development and deployment processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

Assist Federal agencies in tailoring Agile development and delivery techniques, supporting streamlined and effective project execution.

Develop Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations, contributing to a dynamic and responsive environment.

Provide expert supervision and mentorship to subordinate project and Team ManTech staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

5 years of position-relevant work experience in software engineering.

DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II certification.

Experience with C, C#, C++, SQL, or Java programming languages.

Experience using Jira, Confluence, and GIT for software development and collaboration.

4 years of experience in DoD systems development.

Clearance Requirements :

• Required TS / SCI Eligible.
