Responsibilities

Open Positions

We are currently hiring for a variety of rewarding nursing roles throughout the region, including :

Private Duty Nursing (PDN) –

Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available

Provide skilled, one-on-one care in the comfort of our clients’ homes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

Wound Care Visits – PRN / Flexible

Perform wound assessments and treatments to promote healing and prevent complications. Wound VAC experience required.

Infusion Visits –

Flexible Home Visit Scheduling

Administer IV medications, monitor patient response, and provide education to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities :

Provide 1 : 1 care in the patient’s home.

Implement treatment and plan of care using sound judgment and critical thinking.

Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes.

Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to company policy, procedures, and protocols.

Required Skills

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications :

• An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided
• Minimum of (1) year nursing experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational and multi-tasking skills
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
• Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
• Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds
