Quality Assurance Manager

We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Quality Assurance Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role-this is for someone who wants to be in the mix, personally ensuring that every part that leaves our building meets or exceeds expectations. You'll be directly responsible for all aspects of product quality, from in-process checks to final inspections, documentation, and customer interaction.

• Advanced hands-on experience with inspection tools : calipers, micrometers, gages, CMM, and others.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and capable of keeping organized, detailed records.
• Strong working knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Experience creating or overseeing FAIs, PPAPs, and similar documentation packages.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers and vendors in a professional, solution-focused manner.
• Strong leadership and time management skills-you lead by example and can prioritize workload effectively.
