Responsibilities Work in a Long Term Care unit Day shifts ranging from 4 to 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts from 6 : 30 to 15 : 00 Assignment includes every other weekend and every other holiday Float to other units as needed Typical assignment is 17 weeks in duration 1 RN per hall with 1 : 20 patient ratio; med tech per hall; CNA ratio of 1 : 8-10 on days and 1 : 20 on nights Expected to follow Bed Side Shift Reporting, use AIDET communication, and perform hourly rounding May be required to participate in natural disaster or emergency response activities Returning travelers must take a one year break in service after working one year at the facility Travelers must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be considered Requirements Active WI or compact RN license required Minimum 2 years of recent Long Term Care RN experience required Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory Experience with Bed Side Shift Reporting, utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding required Preferred experience in rehab, IVs, PICCs, and wound care Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-627052.
