Accountant I

Our client, a waste disposal company, is looking for an Accountant I for their Kirkland, WA location. Responsibilities include preparing moderately complex journal entries, analyzing general ledger accounts, collecting and analyzing financial data, and participating in monthly financial meetings. The role also requires providing guidance to other finance personnel and preparing financial reports and consolidation reports.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and three years of relevant work experience. Intermediate accounting, accounts payable, and / or accounts receivable knowledge, along with an understanding of U.S. GAAP and taxes, are necessary.
