Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This position offers flexible opportunities to work in a variety of settings based on your interests and strengths. Available settings include :

Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, and overall mobility in pediatric clients.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific goals and needs.Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, independence, and participation in daily activities.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to therapy.Educate families and caregivers on exercises, activities, and strategies to support progress at home.Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in pediatric physical therapy.Mentor and support fellow team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.Specialize in areas of interest, such as orthopedic rehabilitation, neuromuscular disorders, or assistive technology, based on individual career goals and client needs.Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative therapy programs.Qualifications :
For Physical Therapist (PT) :
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Delaware.Experience working with pediatric populations with a variety of disabilities preferred.Additional Skills :
