The Chassis Systems Engineering Supervisor (LL6) position leading global suspension and chassis system application and foundation engineering from concept through ongoing production with a focus between UNV0 through MP1.
The chassis systems team is responsible for delivering our next generation products and ensuring chassis designs meet both vehicle and customer needs. CSE is the link between the vehicle attributes / requirements and the components. The CSE role ensures vehicle tuning and / or component changes do not adversely affect error states vehicle attributes or this role you will lead a global team of chassis system engineers through a structured process to ensure model accuracy maintain the master vehicle Adams models used by roadloads / vehicle dynamics / NVH / chassis CAE / others a thorough TDR / DV processes and lead system interaction discussions across the vehicle portfolio.
This position demands dynamic leadership deep technical problem solving skills and strong communication skills to ensure the voice of CSE is represented in program and attribute team decision forums.
