Schedule & Location :

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 10-hour shifts (8-hour shifts can be requested but not guaranteed)

Friday attendance is mandatory

On-call 5-6 times per month

Must reside within 45 minutes of the facility (flexible in some cases)

Required Credentials :

BLS Certification

National CST Certification

Minimum 2 years of OR experience

Specialized Experience :

Open Heart Surgery

Vascular Surgery

Robotic Procedures

Thoracic Surgery

Role Overview :

As a Senior Surgical Technologist, you will :

Execute surgical tasks independently with precision and sound judgment

Assist and mentor fellow Surgical Technologists

Communicate patient concerns and observations to licensed nurses or surgeons

Support department operations and ensure optimal patient care
