Summary
Reporting to the Owner / Founder, the company’s physical assets and facilities are under the jurisdiction of the Maintenance Manager, in terms of maintenance, development, expansion and sustenance. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for developing maintenance procedures and ensuring their implementation throughout the facility. This position will carry out inspections of the facilities and identify any problems which may arise. These problems are then resolved quickly for employees' safety without disrupting business operations. The Maintenance Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce new and existing materials and goods run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes total predictive / preventive maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
