Responsibilities

• Training and supervising staff.
• Managing labour costs.
• Overseeing all maintenance of decor and equipment.
• Creating long lasting relationships with guests.
• Promoting the location to increase sales and profitability.
• Align with our community focus and our 'family values' as a grassroots company.
• Passion for the growing craft beer & spirits industry within the province of Alberta and become a trusted, and respected ambassador of the brand for both staff and guests alike, showcasing a strong moral compass at all times.
