About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team at All About Kids Daycare & Preschool of North Canton. As a toddler teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and help them develop a love for learning in a fun and nurturing environment. Our toddler classrooms age ranges from 18 months to 3-year-olds.

Responsibilities :

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans

Provide a safe and supportive learning environment

Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents daily and formally twice a year with conferences

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children

Potty training

Maintaining classroom routine

Cleaning

Completing required daily paperwork / electronic communications

Requirements :

Minimum of a CDA, Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (not required but preferred)

Previous experience working with young children (min. 1 year)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education

Dependable with good work ethic
