Anytime Fitness Encinitas is looking for an enthusiastic, certified fitness professional to join our growing team! Whether you love one-on-one coaching, leading high-energy group workouts, or both – we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and deliver customized 1-on-1 personal training sessions

• Lead fun, effective small group training classes (2–10 people)

• Build genuine relationships with members and help them set & reach goals

• Track client progress and keep them accountable

• Collaborate with our team to create a high-energy, positive gym environment

• Participate in community events, challenges, and outreach to attract new members

• Option to specialize in stretch therapy, athletic performance, weight loss, or strength training

Requirements:

• Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)

• CPR/AED certification

• 6 months+ training experience preferred (group or personal)

• Positive, coachable, and team-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for fitness

• Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed
