Licensed Colorado Electricians – Austin, TX
Position : Licensed Journeyman Electrician
Location : Austin, TX
Pay Rate : $50 per hour
Per Diem : $150 per day
Schedule : 6 days per week, 10-hour shifts ( 6 / 10s )
Duration : 3-4 months
Industry : Oil & Gas
We are seeking Licensed Texas Journeyman Electricians for a 3-4 month project in Austin, TX . This role involves electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in an oil and gas field environment . Candidates must have a valid Colorado Journeyman Electrical License and experience working in industrial or energy sector settings.
Job Responsibilities :
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in oil and gas field operations
- Run and terminate conduit, cable trays, and control wiring
- Wire and connect motors, VFDs, switchgear, and control panels
- Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting on high and low-voltage systems
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and site-specific safety regulations
- Work alongside other trades and site personnel to maintain efficiency and safety
