Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Finance or Accounting background with experience in FP&A, EPM tools, or corporate finance
2+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS, focusing on adoption and retention
Experience with customer success playbooks and scalable engagement strategies
Ability to work effectively across teams in a high-growth environment
Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to risk and opportunity management
