Pay Range : $33 - $58 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to LTAC patients across all stages of recovery
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
• Serve as a mentor and resource for other nurses and care staff
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
