Human Resources Partner (1st shift 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM)

This non-supervisory position, located in Delavan, Wisconsin, will team with HR and Continental Plastic (CPC) leadership to maintain a higher performing, highly engaged workforce that is focused on quality, cost, and delivery through effective leadership and support of the functions within Human Resources including total rewards, payroll administration, time and attendance, compliance, staffing, safety, worker's compensation, employee relations, and HCMS technology with the goal of achievement of functional KPIs and strategic objectives.
