Senior Supply Chain Program Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI)

This role is a contract position with a mid-level experience requirement. It is remote and available from ASAP to June 30th, 2024, with potential for extension.

Summary of the Opportunity

Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company specializing in cloud solutions. Role Summary: As a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager for New Product Introduction (NPI), you will play a crucial role in launching new cloud solutions with a focus on supply chain readiness. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your technical expertise to ensure timely and high-quality execution of NPI programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct risk management efforts and provide insights to identify schedule acceleration opportunities

- Perform cost-benefit analyses and other analytics to examine performance and influence decisions

- Understand the technical attributes, milestones, and deliverables of the product, ensuring its alignment with business and customer needs

- Lead effective engagements with Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of NPI programs

- Develop and maintain program management tools and communication methods to ensure common understanding of the plan of record

- Influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries to achieve business goals

- Scale NPI processes to increase clarity and simplify execution

Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in high-tech supply chain, new product introduction, sourcing, operations, or related fields

Experience in program management at a high-tech company, with a proven track record of successfully setting up and executing supply chain operational processes

Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to lead in ambiguous situations and effectively manage conflicting priorities and changes

Proficient in business tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Azure DevOps

Cloud supply chain experience

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Master's degree in relevant field

Experience with AI GPU and working across multiple business units and partner organizations

Experience with dashboards such as Tableau and Power BI
