House Manager / Cleaner

About the Role:

We are seeking a warm, trustworthy, and detail-oriented House Manager to help keep our home clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role includes cleaning, dishes, laundry, organizing, and general household support in a kind and family-friendly home.

The homeowner works from home and values communication, respect, and sensitivity. Nothing may be thrown away, donated, moved, or reorganized without approval. Thoughtfulness and care are very important.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining main living spaces and bathrooms
• Dishes and kitchen upkeep Laundry: washing, folding, and organizing clothing Organizing toys (including many LEGOs) and kids’ areas
• Keeping the home tidy, calm, and clutter-free
• Taking out trash and recycling
• Helping arrange household maintenance or repair appointments when neededRequirements
• Kind, patient, and compassionate personality
• Strong attention to detail
• Honest, reliable, and looking for a long-term role
• Comfortable around children and animals
• Must speak and understand enough English to communicate clearly with homeowner
• Respectful of sentimental belongings and boundaries
• Will NOT discard or donate items without explicit permission
• Background check required
• References required
