Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Ambulatory Clinical Educator to join our team in Baltimore, United States. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational programs for healthcare professionals, ensuring the continuous improvement of clinical skills and patient care.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs tailored to various healthcare disciplines
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training initiatives
  • Facilitate classroom, bedside, and simulation-based learning experiences
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure educational content aligns with current best practices and organizational goals
  • Mentor and support clinical staff in their professional development
  • Assess learner competencies and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop and maintain educational materials, including e-learning modules and training manuals
  • Stay current with emerging trends in healthcare education and clinical practice
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to clinical education
  • Maintain accurate records of educational activities and participant progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (Master's preferred)
  • Current nursing license or relevant clinical certification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience preferably in an ambulatory setting
  • Previous experience in education or training roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
  • Curriculum development expertise
  • Clinical assessment skills
  • In-depth knowledge of current clinical practices and procedures
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies
  • Teaching certification or adult education credentials (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

    Compensation

  • Pay Range :  $42.64 - $64.00
