Amazon Prime Air Program Manager

Amazon Prime Air is revolutionizing delivery through autonomous drone technology, aiming to deliver packages to customers in 30 minutes or less. Our breakthrough technologies, including advanced BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line Of Sight) capabilities and sophisticated detect-and-avoid systems, have earned FAA approvals and are setting new standards in autonomous delivery. With operations already successful in multiple locations and expansion planned, we're seeking an experienced Program Manager to develop and implement strategic operational frameworks. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of innovative technology, operational excellence and implementation, and strategic planning to help scale Prime Air's revolutionary delivery system. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in delivering complex technical programs with quick timelines. You'll be responsible for driving standard business mechanisms across engineering teams and managing integration between engineering and product teams to deliver on complex schedules. This role requires the ability to drive decisions in ambiguous environments, strong business acumen, and exceptional bias for action. You are an effective written and verbal communicator and can navigate competing priorities across a complex organization with high visibility to customers and stakeholders.

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
