Staff Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer focused on Application Scalability & Performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect, build, and lead backend services that scale to handle large workloads and low latency requirements

Design and implement autoscaling strategies and load balancing for responsive, cost-efficient service

Instrument, monitor, and profile systems in production to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of backend engineering experience with scalable, high-performance distributed systems

Strong experience with performance optimization techniques and strategies

Deep understanding of autoscaling, resource management, and load balancing

Solid programming skills in one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C++)

Experience operating across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) or hybrid environments
