Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing - Cardiac Cath Lab to lead clinical operations at a respected facility in Palatka, Florida . Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Nursing - Cardiac Cath Lab , you will :

Oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization lab, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting

Lead and support clinical staff in delivering high-quality cardiovascular care

Ensure regulatory compliance, patient safety, and adherence to best practices

Collaborate with physicians, cardiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to improve workflow and outcomes

Monitor quality metrics, address operational issues, and lead continuous improvement efforts

Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to nursing staff

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Florida (or compact state eligibility)

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree (MSN or MHA) preferred

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in a cardiac or procedural care setting

In-depth knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures, protocols, and equipment

Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
