Employment Position : Financial Specialist

Location : Fort Chaffee, Arkansas

This position is for a full-time Financial Specialist onsite at the Office of Secure Transportation (OST) facility at Fort Chaffee, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to federal employees, including technical assistance in completing official travel and federal payroll documents.
• Perform basic clerical duties to include proper maintenance and destruction of official records.
• Responsible for maintaining authorization documents for official government travel.
• Responsible for processing travel vouchers for federal employees.
• Complete payroll data entry reports for OST Federal Agents and Staff.
• Perform quality control checks for federal payroll and travel documents, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations.
• Train new federal employees to properly complete payroll and travel documents.
• Provide support for other tasks and duties as assigned.
