Job Description :

Applicants must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to qualify for this position. You will be responsible for cleaning two apartment buildings located less than 10 minutes apart .

Job Duties :

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms (including toilets and sinks)
• Maintain community rooms and common areas
• Empty and replace trash cans
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors

Requirements :

THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
