Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Specialty : Interventional Radiology

Job Duration : 14 weeks

Shift : Day 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 - 17 : 30)

Guaranteed Hours : Not specified

Experience : 2 years in Interventional Radiology; 1 year in Neuro or experience with Neuro in a general ICU

License : Compact or State License required at time of submission

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH

Must-Have :

Neuro IR procedure experience required
Must be comfortable and skilled to care for neonates through geriatric patients in a procedure setting

Job Description :

LEVEL ONE EXPERIENCE preferred

Travel experience required

10-hour shifts with call required

Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby

Return Staff Policy : Must be gone for 90 days to return as a traveler

Most units require level 1 trauma experience

PACU Call Policy : Response time is 1 hour; Weekday call 8PM-6AM, weekends divided into shifts (6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM)

Floating requirements : IR PACU call team responsible for recovering IR patients in the main PACU

Call frequency : Anticipated 2-3 shifts per schedule period (6 weeks)

Modules are billable, average 6.5 hours, and not included in non-billable hours; completed during orientation and annually, varying by specialty

Orientation : 8 hours non-billable

Note : COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with medical / religious exemptions only.
