$5,000 SIgn-On Bonus

Shift Hours : Full-Time, 7 : 00PM - 7 : 30AM (Nights)

(This includes weekday and weekend shifts)

Benefits for New Grad RNs :

A New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) will complete a preceptorship program to gain the knowledge and skills needed to become a successful RN.

• Pay : Starting at $45 / HR
• 13 Week New Grad Nurse Internship Program (Unit based orientation w / preceptor)
• 12 Hour Shifts (3x / week) (flexible scheduling with rotating weekends)
• ADN to BSN scholarships

Responsibilities

As an RN at one of our medical rehabilitation hospitals you will work with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians. You will work closely with other clinicians to include Therapists - Physical, Occupational and Speech Language Pathologists. On each shift you will partner with a Nursing Assistant partner and handle a manageable case load. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
