We’re looking for a skilled and versatile

• All-Round Craftsman / Framer
• who takes pride in quality work and enjoys a dynamic, hands-on role. This position offers a unique blend of tasks—from manufacturing light-gauge steel framing panels in our off-site facility to installing siding, trim, staircases, and other finishing elements.

Most work is performed indoors in a controlled environment, allowing for consistent productivity and comfort.

• general construction, framing, production assembly, steel construction, or construction manufacturing

• Key Responsibilities
• Operate roll-forming equipment to create light-gauge steel studs and trusses
• Assemble steel framing panels per construction drawings
• Frame walls, joists, and trusses using metal studs and sheeting
• Apply PU closed-cell foam insulation off-site
• Perform foundation layout, window installation, siding, trim, staircases, and more
• Ensure all framing is square, plumb, and built to precise standards
• Collaborate with foremen and subcontractors to meet project timelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
• Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues
• Keep accurate records of work and materials
• What You Bring
• 3–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of steel and wood framing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high craftsmanship standards
• Experience in prefabrication or passive home construction is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces when needed
