Inventory Control Specialist Manufacturing

In this full-time role, you will manage raw material and finished goods inventory, support warehouse and production operations.

What you'll do:

• Track and manage raw materials and finished good inventory daily to align with production schedules
• Conduct monthly raw inventory counts and assist in quarterly finished goods audits
• Communicate daily with the Supply Chain Manager regarding resin, color, labels, foam, foil, and other critical materials
• Purchase and manage inventory for resin, color, labels, boxes, pallets, foil, and other plant materials
• Forecast resin supply for at least three months and manage silo/railcar scheduling
• Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets and inventory databases including ProTraQ, E1
• Assist warehouse, customer service, quality, scheduling, and shipping teams to ensure efficient operations

What you'll need to have:

• Minimum 4 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with manufacturing inventory system database, ProTraQ, E1, required
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to manage spreadsheets and reports
• Accounting knowledge a plus, including invoices, BOM and manufacturing processes etc.
• Associate's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task with strong communication skills
