Accounts Receivable Clerk LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Scottsdale who is in search of a full time AR Clerk to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, reconciling invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and account reconciliations
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies

Pay Details : $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
