Director of Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the entire Housekeeping Department, including rooms, public areas, front and back of house, and laundry operations.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Recruit, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high performance.
- Monitor and inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
