Description :

The Data Operations Analyst will work proactively with our software development team and clients to integrate them with our automation software and web applications for Medical Coding. This position maintains and monitors operational processes and provides general operational support to business units. Essentially, the Data Operations Analyst is the owner of organizational data and processes, ensuring data integrity, availability, and accessibility.

Candidates will be required to complete the work at our corporate headquarters location in Mandeville, Louisiana.

Responsibilities :

• Data Integrity and Quality : Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Client Services : Works directly with clients to perform data integrations.
• Performance Optimization : Optimizes database queries and other operations to improve performance and responsiveness.
• Data Modeling and Data Architecture : Involvement in designing and maintaining data models and schemas to support business needs.
• Communication and Collaboration : Communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Client Onboarding : Works with clients, development team, and project management to generate procedures and data definitions for onboarding of clients. Manages, validates, and executes client data integration.
• Reporting : Performs ad-hoc data analysis and reporting, and generates reporting infrastructure.
